Frequently Asked Questions & Answers About The Battery Show Asia

1. When and where does this event take place?

The Battery Show Asia 2026 successfully concluded on March 10-12 in Hong Kong. The 2027 edition will return to AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong from July 14-16, 2027.

 

2. How much does it cost to attend the expo?

Expo hall admission is free of charge, while attending the conference requires a fee.

3. Can I bring my child to the expo?

For safety, insurance and security reasons, no one under the age of 16 is permitted in the expo halls or conference meeting rooms at our show. There are no childcare services available onsite.

5. How do I get on the mailing list for next year’s expo?

If you have registered for our show, you’re added to the mailing list and will receive information regarding the next edition. If not, you can register your interest here. To be removed from our mailing list, please email info@thebatteryshow.asia.

1. How do I pre-register for the expo?

The visitor pre-registration system and conference registration system for the 2027 edition will be launched approximately five months prior to the event. Please stay tuned.

 

2. What if I don’t pre-register for the expo?

You can register onsite for an Expo pass, however, you may encounter a short wait time.

 

3. When will I receive registration confirmation?

An email confirmation should be received within 24 hours of registering.

 

4. Can I check if my registration has been confirmed on your website?

Yes, you can view and/or update your registration information by returning to the registration website and entering your email address and password.

 

5. I registered online and received a confirmation email with a barcode, what do I do now?

You can use the barcode in the confirmation email to print your badge onsite during the event.

 

6. What is my exhibitor username and password for online registration?

We use the Exhibitor Engagement Centre for exhibitor services. Please check your or other team member’s inbox for username and password; if you have not received the email, please contact your sales representative for assistance.

 

7. How do I get a correction on my badge?

Go to a Registration Customer Service counter at the Registration area on-site, and corrections will be made and printed for you there. There is no charge to have your badge corrected and reprinted.

 

8. Is there a fee for a replacement badge?

No, a replacement badge may be printed for free at any Registration Customer Service counter in the Registration area with proper identification.

1. Can you recommend a hotel?

There are some hotel recommendations here. Also, you may find it helpful to contact the city convention services and tourist bureau for local restaurant and ratings information.


2. What do I need to do to obtain a visa to enter Hong Kong?

Nationals of most countries do not require a visa to enter Hong Kong for tourism and can stay for periods varying from seven to 180 days, depending on nationality. You can refer to Entry Permit Requirements for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for more information. If you’re unsure of your status, please check with any Chinese embassy or consulate.
